Below are various informational handouts, worksheets, puzzles and activities along with corresponding teacher resources and answer keys.  These materials are designed for use in educational settings.  The production of these resources was funded in part by a grant from the Indiana Department of Environmental Management.

The materials focus on the proper identification, use and disposal of common household items such as pesticides, fuels, paints and cleaners.  Lessons for younger children stress the importance of staying away from potentially hazardous chemicals.  For those children that are a bit older, the lessons focus on following label instructions, using appropriate protective gear and the proper storage and disposal of leftovers.
